Sara Walker
Founder
Sara, Bode Well’s founder, believes a house is not just a place to live, but a living expression of who we are. She knows it is an act of self-love to claim a place in the world—and that it is possible to orient every facet of our lives UP when we are well-planted at home. With focus, strategy and intention, she coaches clients toward the best version of their lives.
At age 24, Sara entered the real estate industry; by 28 she had co-founded a residential brokerage in South Boston. Only two years later, she started her own journey and Bode Well was born. What began as a flame in her heart became a boutique shop on East Broadway in Southie, and now—with the support of Compass—a boutique experience that knows no bounds.
Sara purchased 5 properties in the last 10 years—and she treats every home with the same care she gives her own. In fact, her heart-centered approach to real estate is so transformative that it inspired several clients to become realtors themselves. Her most recent project is 26 acres of inner coastal land on the North Shore of Boston, where she will build her next home.
Erica Christensen

As a former figure skater, her discipline, mastery and artistic talent pour into her work as a Realtor®. She has supported her clients in buying, selling and renting property in and around Boston since 2013—and she is absolute magic when it comes to crafting spaces that feel good.
Erica is particularly in-tune with first time homebuyers and the Metro Boston, North Shore and Metro West markets. She grew up in a suburb of Boston and has a true appreciation for the special feeling New England towns possess. Now, she lives in Southie and spends her free time coaching the next generation of figure skaters and hockey players.
Kelly Javidi
Operations Manager
Kelly manifested her involvement with Bode Well from the desk of her brand new home office. Upon showing her new space to Sara on FaceTime—the two have been friends since their college years at Gettysburg—Kelly mentioned that she was in search of inspiring, meaningful work. The stars were aligned, because Bode Well was looking for a dynamic operations manager.
Using her Virgo-meets-supermom sensibilities, Kelly coordinates behind the scenes so Bode Well can soar. She sets meetings and agendas, builds community relationships, collects essential information and creates systems that allow business to flow smoothly. Kelly also organizes client outreach, helping Bode Well stay in touch with the people who matter. On top of it all, Kelly manages Bode Well’s social media presence. The method to her magic? Classic pen and paper to-do lists—and sticky notes everywhere.
Away from her spreadsheets, Kelly is all about family time. She loves getting outside with her husband and three kids, visiting the Northern Region of the Adirondacks, hiking and being in nature.

Steve is a results-driven sales professional with more than a decade of experience. He has proven success in every market and has dealt with all levels of buyers, including c-level decision-makers. He focuses on finding the need behind the need, building trust and delivering custom solutions that fit the goals of every business he touches.
